Order confirmed
You receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are queued for the same-day processing cycle.
Day 0

Order processing
Our team verifies payment, quality-checks your pillow, and prepares it for dispatch. This takes up to 3 business days. You'll receive a notification once your order is packed and ready to ship.
Days 1–3

Dispatched & in transit
Your pillow is handed over to our courier partner. A tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your package every step of the way. Transit takes up to 15 business days depending on your location.
Days 4–18
Delivered to your door
Your pillow arrives safely packaged. Please inspect the parcel before signing. If you notice any damage, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. Your 100-night trial begins from this delivery date.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on non-business days begin processing the next working day.


Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.


Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
